Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years) in Civil, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Urban Planning from an HEC-recognized university.
PEC registration required for engineering graduates.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
Experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of development/infrastructure projects, including budgeting, procurement (PPRA rules), contract management, and stakeholder coordination
