Qualification and Experience:

• 16 Years of Education (BE/BS/BBA/M.Com etc.) Professional Qualification (CA/ ACCA/ CMA) or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in business development, strategic planning, investment promotion, or commercial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals. Experience in mining, infrastructure, energy, or public sector preferred. Knowledge of Government regulations, corporate governance, and investment facilitation frameworks is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Management, Investment Promotion, or Marketing will be preferred
